File->Settings->Editor->Code Style->Right margin allows you to set the auto-fold line width, but this setting does not work for comments and other parts that use Japanese.
In Japanese, it's ideal to count one character as two characters wide and return it, but can't you set it up like that?
It is registered below as a known problem of incorrect calculation of the width of full-width characters.
