CMake Installation

When I tried to install cmake on LINUX, I got an ERROR.

 pip install --usercmake-3.18.4.post1.tar.gz

cmake is not Python's library, so I don't think pip can install it.

As the previous respondent said, it seems that cmake cannot be installed with pip.
