What Causes 500 Errors in Java and How Do I Investigate?

When I debug Java projects on a server in Eclipse, I get 500 errors.

I think it's a tomcat configuration or an error around DB, but I don't know why.

Environment:
Java 8
tomcat v8.5

('XXXXXX' is hidden because it is a unique controller name)

The error in the first line is that you cannot create a bean for the controller class, so
I think it might be a spring error, but
Spring has already been added in the marketplace.

I can't figure out where to check...
Thank you for your cooperation.

I changed the version of Eclipse and somehow it was resolved.
Now that it's self-resolved, I'll close it.
